An exciting project we’ve been working on for a few months has finally arrived from the printer. Prince George’s Community College’s first ever welcome packet, featuring a pocket cover, and colorful, stepped inserts provides first-time visitors to the college an overview of the college and its surrounding community. The packet features Appleton’s Utopia One FSC-certified paper, and was printed on carbon-neutral, wind-powered presses. For more images, be sure to visit our portfolio.
The 2012 edition of Johns Hopkins University’s Nano-Bio Magazine has just been delivered. This annual magazine serves not only as a communication vehicle updating to the nano-bio research community, but also functions as an event guide for Johns Hopkins University’s Institute for NanoBioTechnology’s annual Nano-Bio Symposium. This marks the second year that we’ve designed this magazine, and we’re excited about its delivery.
A wedding save the date is the first opportunity for a bride and groom to establish the look, style, and formality of their wedding. For Kortnee and Lucius, it was important that their save the date echo intimacy and exude elegance. For their after-Thanksgiving nuptials, the chosen color palette gives a nod to the fall season, while metallic papers convey the formality of the occasion.
We created a memorable save the date system by doubling up on envelopes. An outer, metallic orange mailing envelope housing a metallic bronze half-envelope reveals the wedding date. Hand-layered metallic gold and white papers of the card introduce the couple’s remaining wedding colors.
